Free, private, safe.
Everything about how PASSA works, what we do with your data and how to get help. Written in plain English.
- Privacy PolicyPASSA collects only what it needs to help you give away or find a Navratri pass. Your mobile number, PIN and contact details are never public, there are no ads or trackers, and most data is deleted within 30 days after Navratri ends.
- Terms of UsePASSA is a free board where people give away spare Navratri passes, never for money. Use it kindly, follow your venue’s rules, and remember that we can’t verify passes or people.
- Community GuidelinesPASSA works because people are kind and honest. Give freely, ask politely, keep your word, and never bring money into it.
- Safety TipsNever pay for a pass, check your venue’s transfer rules, and hand over in public or digitally. If something feels off, stop and report it.
- Grievance Redressal & ContactSomething wrong? Tell us through the report form at /report or email admin@vaivik.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
- Cookies & Local StoragePASSA uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps a few small things, like your login session and music setting, so the site works.
- DisclaimerPASSA is a free community board run by an individual. It isn’t connected to any Navratri organiser, doesn’t check passes or people, and nothing here is legal advice.
