01The spirit of PASSA

PASSA exists so that a spare pass ends up with someone who will dance, not forgotten in a drawer. Every pass here is given, never sold. A few simple rules keep it that way.

02When you give a pass

  • Only list passes you actually have and are allowed to transfer.
  • Describe the event, city, area and night accurately.
  • Choose free, barter or open to offers. Never ask for money in any form.
  • Keep QR codes, pass numbers and contact details out of your listing. Share pass details privately, only after you accept a request.
  • Respond to requests when you can, and mark the pass as passed on once it’s handed over so others stop asking.

03When you request a pass

  • Ask only for passes you will genuinely use.
  • Write a short, friendly message and say how many passes you need.
  • If you offer a barter, keep it non-monetary and realistic.
  • Accept a “no” gracefully. Owners can decline for any reason.
  • Don’t send the same request again and again, or spam owners.

04Respect and kindness

  • Be polite in every message, including after someone declines.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech or sexual comments, and no discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, community or anything else.
  • Don’t pressure anyone to meet, share personal details or change the terms.
  • Keep your word. If plans change, tell the other person as early as you can.

05Honesty

  • Use one account, and don’t pretend to be anyone else, including an organiser or venue.
  • Your alias can be anything friendly, but not someone else’s name, a phone number or a social handle.
  • Never post fake, used, edited or duplicate passes.

06Never allowed

  • Asking for or offering money, deposits, “advance”, “confirmation charges” or any fee.
  • Reselling or touting passes.
  • Posting QR codes or pass codes publicly.
  • Using multiple accounts, or making a new one after being blocked.
  • Anything illegal.

07If the rules are broken

Anyone can report a listing. When three different people report the same listing, it is hidden automatically until we review it.

Depending on what happened, we may hide or delete content or block the account. Serious cases, such as scams or threats, may be blocked straight away, and we may share information with authorities where the law requires.

08See something? Report it

Report the listing on PASSA, use the form at /report, or email admin@vaivik.in. We don’t tell the person you reported who made the report.
